Tai Chi & Chinese Exercise

Tai Chi and exercise for health – new weekly class starts Tuesday 14th February 2020 7:30pm-8:30pm in the Old Mission Church. £5.00 per hour – first class free.

This is a class for beginners using gentle, achievable exercise to relaxing music. The exercises are based on Yang style Tai Chi and Health Qigong. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities – no special equipment required just wear loose comfortable clothing and flat, flexible, indoor shoes or trainers. You can join at any time and try the first class free.

S.P.A.Group

The S.P.A. Group meet once a month in the Main Hall for gentle exercise i.e. Yoga for ladies and gentlemen from 10:00-11:00a.m. and then have refreshments and a discussion in the Coffee Lounge from 11:00-12noon.

The Arty Crafty Club

We meet on Monday afternoons in the Coffee Lounge at 1:00-3:00p.m.

Join us for a cuppa and become more creative with our range of activities.

£3 per session including refreshments.

New Age Kurling

Monday’s in the Main Hall at 1:30 – 3:00p.m.

Cost: £3.50 per session (including refreshments)

Why not take this opportunity to come and try this popular and sociable activity for yourself?  A fun, friendly pastime with no experience necessary.  No need to book, just turn up and take part.  Also suitable for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility.
