Tai Chi & Chinese Exercise

Tai Chi and exercise for health – new weekly class starts Tuesday 14th February 2020 7:30pm-8:30pm in the Old Mission Church. £5.00 per hour – first class free.

This is a class for beginners using gentle, achievable exercise to relaxing music. The exercises are based on Yang style Tai Chi and Health Qigong. The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities – no special equipment required just wear loose comfortable clothing and flat, flexible, indoor shoes or trainers. You can join at any time and try the first class free.
